Client Details

ACME has one of the biggest Solar asset base in India at the moment. Their current operational portfolio is more than 500 MW and close to 1.6 GW under implementation. Our client has been very active in bidding for projects and won various projects in recent past.

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, the job shall entail

- Leading a team of 10-12 people and work on debt raising deals

- Network and work extensively with banks to raise debt for projects

- Undertake and manage the necessary due diligence, financial modelling, risk analysis and mitigation in the structuring of loans

- Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyse and execute the most optimum financing solution

Profile

A successful candidate will be a sharp, well spoken person with 15-20 years of experience in lasing with banks on debt deals. Candidate should be having strong network in banking space and have strong experience in working on refinancing and structured deals. He should be able to work on strict and short time lines. Candidate should be comfortable in handling team of 10-12 and work closely with top management. Candidate should be passionate and comfortable in working in an aggressive environment.
