JD: Program Manager  Roles:  - Responsible for multiple projects/relationships and their delivery as per plan and associated performance measures  - Be a champion and key driver for the deliverables of the Program  - Manage scope, budget and project deliverables quality proactively.  - Define program plans, track the progress of program deliverables and milestones versus original goals, inclusive of managing inter team dependencies and program's critical path  - Direct and delegate responsibility to different project mangers  - Drive issue resolution and track project risks and manage them effectively.  - Establish Organization structure and interaction model with the customer and other stakholders  - Maintain effective communication with Customer, other stakeholders  - Proactive communication to raise issues and propose solutions to problems, including coordination with various managers to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.  - Ensure that all appropriate documentation, status reports, and dashboards are delivered and updated.  - Establish program goals and track goals through periodic analysis of project metrics  - Assess satisfaction of completion criteria for deliverable and milestones, provide periodic management phase reviews of program that measure progress of planned versus actual across various program parameters and ensure that exit criteria are met when moving to the subsequent phases of the SDLC  - Responsible for conducting program reviews, working committee meeting  - Identify, monitor and mitigate responsibility at the program level  - Conduct performance appraisal of project team members on program closure and communicate feedback to respective supervisors of participating BSCs.  Knowledge and Skills:  - Must have experience in J2EE  - Bachelors Degree with a good understanding of software engineering practices.  - 12-15 years of industry experience leading multi-discipline programs for product engineering companies, preferably in BFSI.  - Transaction Banking exposure desirable
