About the role:  This is a challenging role that involves leading the product strategy of India’s leading internet company and get to work among the sharpest of minds in the Indian Internet fraternity in Product, Technology, Design and Marketing. This is a challenging role which expects the incumbent to work with constant agility with various teams and deliver the best products in the industry  Location : NOIDA  Job Purpose:  To define, lead and execute the entire product strategy. The job is a part of senior leadership team & involves decision making related to the product and business priorities for both long and medium term.  Key Responsibility Areas:  Product and business strategy:  - Define the product strategy  - Develop innovation pipeline and define product road map in the medium to long term in order to meet business objectives  - Define key business and product metric. Track the metric and drive the entire plan of action to achieve results.  Product Development process:  - Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc), impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc.  - Establish a productive working relationship with User Experience Team, Technology, QA teams for smooth product roll out  - Track success of the defined metric  - Collaborate with marketing to develop ‘go to market’ plans  Cross functional team leadership :  - Be the nodal point for functions such as engineering, design, QA, sales, operations, marketing, and product development.  - Evangelize product with customers both internal and external and take ownership of end to end functionality to ensure success of product.  KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role):  - Success parameters of product like traffic, customer feedback and market share  - Team Retention & motivation  Requirements:  - B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics and MBA from IIM A,B,C or Ivy league institutes   - 8-12 years of relevant experience of working in large Internet /Software Product companies.  - Brilliant at communication, project planning, change management, and leadership capabilities	  - Should have managed cross functional teams directly or indirectly   - Having hands-on expertise on internet product(s) would be an added advantage.
