VP - Product Control - Techno Functional Role

Looking or Techno Functional people.

As PC IT Functional Lead responsible for :

- Solution Design in Collaboration with Finance Change and Development for Core Product Control IT applications ( OV3, DAL, Jazz)

- Solution prioritization with Development and Architects

- Solution testing and lifecycle management for CIT, FT (Functional Testing), i_UAT( Integrated UAT ) and RIT ( Regression Testing )

As BA Team Lead responsible for :

- Mentoring the BA Team from a Solution / Functional Perspective

- Drive Initiatives to Improve Team's Functional Capability

- Team Management activities including Hiring, Objective Setting, Performance Feedback, Motivation

- Manage Vendor resources with the help of Vendor BA Team Lead

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Finance

- MBA ( Finance ) would be desirable

- Structured IT Analysis or Programming experience gained in a transaction-processing/ Investment Banking environment

- Experience of writing/working with Technical Specifications.

- Certification in CCBA or CBAP Experience in Project Management would be desirable

- Experienced in working closely with users / clients to elicit & facilitate requirements gathering process

- Experience of Structured Testing - test case/script preparation.

- Experience of using structured modeling notation. (UML, DFD, Entity Relationship Diagrams)

- Comfortable with Databases, SQL server and is adept in writing queries, working with tables, extracts

- Financial products knowledge - in the context of Investment Banking (IB) trading activities;

- Strong understanding of Front-to-back trade flows in a typical IB environment.

- Strong knowledge in Product Control Processes, specifically around Profit and Loss / Risk systems would be desirable

- Track record demonstrating strong client & people management

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

- Client focused & sensitive to client needs
