Position: VP

Candidate Profile:

- Well versed in financial modeling and ratio analysis.

- Private Equity Advisory/Funding: Responsible for all activities starting from origination to execution (including overseeing preparation of pitch books and valuation) leading to closure.

- Generating business opportunities both in the listed and unlisted space.

- Structuring and closing several private equity in India leading to investments.

- Developing multiple structures to assist various clients in leveraging their equity.

- Private Equity (deal origination, capital raising, term sheet, valuations/investment structuring, due diligence, post-acquisition management/value creation, exit planning);

IT skills: Fluent in MS word and Excel.

Eligibility:

- Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modeling skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Proven ability to work under stress

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualification: MBA

Required Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in which 6 years of relevant experience.
