VP - Portfolio Monitoring & Early Warning System - BFSI - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI (10-15 yrs)
Portfolio Monitoring : Manage and minimize shocks / stresses in the Credit Portfolio.
Analytics and Advisory :
Objective being to establish an enterprise approach focusing on key and emerging risks and opportunities, involving the following :
- Advisories from Crisil / ISI / Capitaline / webinars / research reports.
- Extensive reading and assimilating of news items and articles with the purpose of spotting sunrise / sunset sectors ahead of the curve.
- Drill down to Industry / Sector performance
- Correlate with Bank's portfolio on these Industries / Sectors with direction on outlook
Implications of outlook on companies in Bank's portfolio with suggestions on :
- Pre-emptive actions and growth opportunities
- Maintaining subscription services, wherever necessary
- Track exceptions, internal risk triggers, set alerts for the portfolio, follow up LRM and Credit Audit Related issues and carry them to their logical conclusion.
- Observe the behavior of stock markets and share price in respect of listed borrowers in order to spot risk / opportunities ahead of the market.
- Observe the behaviour of private equity investors in order to spot risk / opportunities ahead of the competition.
- Facilitate RBI related RBS issues and resolution thereof on a consolidated basis pertaining to Credit Risk.
Other responsibilities :
- Disposal of Product Approval Committee related Risk issues
- Design and Modification of Risk Processes and Special Projects
- Mentoring and development of juniors in the Section.
Miscellaneous - Any other responsibility arising out of exigencies of the Bank as a whole and the section in particular.
Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirement :
Qualifications : Essential CAs or MBAs from Premium institutes
Experience : Essential More than ten years in BFSI.
