We, Careerist Management Consultants, specializing in HR search firm, are looking for a C&B Specialist for one of our MNC client to be based at Hyderabad.  Qualification: MBA (HR) from with 8 to 12 years experience in a organization having best global HR practices.  KRA(s):  - The role would involve planning, driving and implementing the C&B strategy at a national level for the organization.   - The person should have excellent communication skills and people skills as the role would involve stakeholder management.   - The incumbent has to provide strategic advice and support to the senior management team in total compensation, incorporating local business needs and regulatory requirements  - Act as product champion for Performance & Reward to stake holders across the HR function and within the business, building awareness and adoption of relevant products and processes, maintaining effective external relationships, supporting and providing quality assurance of pay review process.  CTC up to 45- 50 lacs p.a.  Candidates from consulting background will be preferred.
