A leading offshore bank is looking for VP - Payment and Cash operations.

Relevant Exp:: 6-8 Years experience in people management with managing team of 75 - 100 people.

Required: Candidate must be working with offshore banking unit.

- The primary function of this role is to manage cash servicing functions in Payments and cash Operations of Companys global business, also responsible for building competency in the team and support to build cash servicing COE, Low attrition and manage multiple stakeholders across Countries.

- The ability to build relationships and networks is essential to achieve this outcome. Problem analysis and solving is required as well as an ability to determine when issues require escalation.

- Emphasis is placed on developing a motivated team environment and implementing process improvements to improve customer service and team efficiency.

- Focus on delivery of capabilities that improve the Customer service environment and business performance.

- The ability to follow an issue through to completion ensuring all facets have been identified and thoroughly reviewed.
