About our Client - Our client is a leading NBFC in the Equipment financing space. Having achieved phenomenal growth in their first year of business, they are now looking for an Operations Head to support their ambitious plans over the next few years.

Job Description - Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for :

- Setting up structure and streamlining processes to ensure efficient delivery

- Managing and coaching team to drive results

- Being a Subject Matter Expert with regards to Process, Documentation and other aspects critical to role

- Contact points for clients to resolve any maintenance issues

The Successful Candidate -

- With a Masters degree from a leading university, you must have 10-12 years of relevant operations experience in the Asset financing space.

- With a proven track record of establishing and running service and processing teams, you must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills with an eye for detail.
