AGE- Min .40 yrs.+ ,

QUALIFICATIONS- Chemical Engg./Mech. Engg. degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE-

- 10-15 yrs experience at sr. position in handling operation of manufacturing unit with the responsibilities of producing, purchasing, inventory control, production control and engineering, capital expansion . Sound administrative skills and expert in HR handling would be preferred . Experience in working of multi union environment. Past experience of working in any food processing unit will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITY-

- Plan, Organize, direct and control the activities of the Operational function of the Company. Responsible for the performance of all departments functions- Manufacturing, Material Management, Order Services, and Engineering, with focus on-

1. Production and quality assurance at factory level.

2. Coordinating over all operation at factory level.

3. Reviews and approves adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, budget finalization ,labor efficiency, engineering effectiveness ,material efficiency, along with human utilization.

4. Reviews and approves cost control reports, cost estimates and manpower and facilities requirement forecasts.

5. Reviews and approves operations major projects involving major functional changes.

6. Project planning and implementation.

7. He would be reporting to the ED who is also staying at Bareilly .

CHALLENGES-

1. Factory is almost 90 yrs. old.

2. Many of processes are manual and labor intensive.

3. Maintaining uniformity is challenge.

4. Unionized environment.

5. Skill level of manpower needs upliftment.
