VP - Operations - BPO

We are looking for a candidate for a US MNC Client in Gurgaon, for the position of VP Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Clients

- Responsible for the operations delivery of a large delivery group for multiple LOBs

- Manage client relationships and communicates effectively with senior level stakeholders.

- Understands the drivers of the business being supported

- Sets the agenda with onshore and offshore for future improvements and growth and manages the change

People

- Responsible for developing the delivery group

- Mentors experienced managers to take on leadership roles

- Leads, manages & motivates team members to achieve desired outcomes.

Process

- Owns the efficiency and improvement road-map for the delivery group

- Conducts progress reviews and removes obstacles

- Manages risk effectively

- Ensures the frameworks, routines, controls and best practices for operations delivery are being practiced.

- Ensures teams follow methodology

- Supports Compliance and Audit processes

- Supports the smooth implementation of the transition efforts with the group

Financial

- Supports Finance function to properly and accurately create budget forecasts.

- Responsible for delivering year on year productivity improvements and manage the costs to the budget.

REQUIREMENTS FROM CANDIDATE:

- Bachelor’s degree preferable a Post graduate

- 14+ years of work experience. Leadership experience in the professional services industry.

- Ability to communicate effectively & collaborate with senior stakeholders

- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate to others

- Should preferably have experience in insurance / BFSI domain. Should have handled team sizes of about 150-200 people

- Quality certification preferred
