It is one of the top 10 MNCs operating in India.They are present across various sectors like Life Sciences, health care, financial services, lab diagnostics, fine chemicals and health care management   Job Description: Reporting to the President and COO of consumer division, the key accountabilities will be:  Planning:  - Responsible for making the strategic marketing, products and solutions plan and ensure right focus across all business units and plans for all stakeholders  Budgeting:  - Evaluate long, medium and short-term marketing plans and budgets to ensure all marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI  Advertising & Brand Management:  - Develop and implement the Brand Strategy to increase response rates and enhance brand awareness  Product Development:  - Evaluating the changing trends in the market, assessing the various business opportunities and evaluating international portfolio of products for introduction in the Indian market  - Being the custodian of the innovation process and developing Value Added Products/Services and sales support material in compliance with corporate standards  Revenue Generation:  - Deliver robust and cost effective marketing programs, solutions and campaigns that meet the immediate and longer term needs of business and stakeholders.  - Superhead direct marketing initiatives to drive demand generation through customer acquisition, portfolio enhancement and extension, delivering favourable ROI  Public Relations /Corporate Communication:  - Develop & implement the Public Relations /Corporate Communication strategy in conjunction with the Public Relations agency on board  Internal Communication:  - Responsible for aligning the organization with a suitable communication strategy to drive image & reputation amongst employees and internal stakeholders  The Successful Candidate:   Required Experience and Knowledge:  - 15-20 years marketing experience in comparable industries with 4 years in a senior management position.   - Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.   - Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.   - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.   - Demonstrated ability to manage often outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.)   - Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales applications.   - Substantial experience working with business and industry press.   - Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.  - Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence.   - Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.   - M.B.A. desired for premier B-School (Top 5 B School in India) Candidates from FMCG (Skin Care/ Personal Care/ Cosmetic) & Pharma are preferred.  What's on Offer:  - On offer Leadership position with a great work life balance  - Market leading compensation coupled with a high visibility role to drive change across the organization.  The Apply Button will redirect you to Michael Page's website.
