Looking for a digital savvy, customer obsessed, data driven entrepreneur to join as VP-Marketing for one of our fastest growing e-commerce client based out at Bangalore   Your Part :   - Deliver exceptional growth in revenue by defining and executing a strategic vision for marketing the business and leading a diverse team of strong performers to achieve these goals.   - Own the creation of all marketing plans including monthly, quarterly and annual plans.   - Directly responsible for leading Customer Acquisition / Traffic, Customer Engagement and Marketing Analytics.   - Should focus on putting together innovative digital marketing / growth / viral strategies for generating traffic and engagement to the website and device apps   - Understand audience clusters, segment them by relevant attributes and define an outreach program for each segment, with clear outcome goals.   - Use past + experimental data to choose the right channels, allocate budgets and deliver pertinent messaging across mediums, with clear hypothesis and measurements   - Create measurable, scalable and innovative marketing campaigns - both offline and online - to meet goals around new customer acquisition and engagement.   - The role will also require the person to work with other teams to coordinate smooth execution of plans   You should:   - Have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics; proven track record in building brands and understanding of the Indian consumer market.   - Be digital savvy: you have deep knowledge and active skills in the digital space.   - B. Tech / MBA degree from Tier 1 institutes and prior startup experience of growing an internet product from zero to a million users is a big plus.
