We are currently hiring for VP Marketing.  We are looking for an experienced Marketing leader, preferably from the e-commerce domain, to lead the gamut of marketing activities, ranging from the conventional to the unconventional.   - The Marketing team spans a number of sub-teams that will report directly to you - Brand, Business Development, Content, Online (SEO / SEM), Offline (ATL / BTL), PR, and Social Media.   - Additionally, you will coordinate activities across branches through Branch Marketing Heads. Under your leadership, the Marketing team will also manage events, tie-ups with corporates or OTAs, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.  - As VP Marketing, you will be responsible for understanding consumer needs, creating and curating the brand, and ensuring consistent growing demand for our services through various channels.   - Your team will employ growth-hacking techniques and come up with innovative ways to attract and retain customers to enable non-linear growth.   - You will work with the founders, Branch Heads, and heads of various corporate teams to launch and sustain new initiatives.  Job Requirements:  - MBA from a top-tier business school  - Experience in senior marketing roles in top-tier high-technology / eCommerce organizations  - 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, 10+ years of total experience  - Proven ability to lead and manage teams  - Experience working with multiple vendors and agencies  - Hands-on experience with inbound marketing, PR, SEO, SEM, SMM, social media, brand-building, digital content, ATL/BTL activities  - Strong consumer relationship and interaction skills  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills  Mamta
