exciting opportunity to join the Market Risk Reporting team which is responsible for the production of risk reports, market risk analysis and involvement in change projects.
As a Lead in the team; you will enjoy a key role within the team, duties will include:
- Manage a team of market risk analysts who are responsible for delivering risk information across the majority of the asset classes
- To be responsible for developing the team by coaching junior staff and ensuring team and productivity remains to a high standard
- Drive innovative and value added market risk controls to enhance report quality, effectiveness, accuracy & timeliness
- To effectively allocate resources across team
- To build relationships and work collaboratively with the Risk teams globally (London, Singapore and New York)
- Working closely with the Market Risk Managers to provide internal risk management and regulatory risk reports on various risk parameters across trading products, region, industry etc.
