Role & Responsibilities of the Position in Brief:  - Supporting the Corporate teams such as Finance, Treasury, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, Operations, Executive and Management etc.   A gist of the support is provided below :  - Support on inter-company agreements for the domestic business, empanelment agreements and other corporate law related matters  - Liability issuances and other business products issued by the merchant banking, non-banking and primary dealership entities   - Support to finance on treasury contracts, bank documentation and agreements for transfer pricing and other requirements  - Working on licensing and regulatory issues   - Strategic acquisitions (when required)   - Privacy and Information Security  - Litigation, investigation and other contentious matters   - Intellectual Property related transactions/activities  - Matters relating to real estate   - Privacy and information systems  - Review and sign off on policies and guidelines  - Corporate Secretarial support for all the legal entities in India  - Extensive support on commercial contracts both IT and Non-IT  - Support to Human Resources / Employment Law   - Manage a team of about 5   - Budgets, presentations, general administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning and running of a Corporate department
