Our client is a leading Global Private Equity firm that seeks to create growth opportunities and economic impact through their investments. They are looking to hire a senior Legal resource.

Job Description

- Leading the full legal drafting, vetting and documentation process pertaining to the real estate sector as well as private equity documentation for multiple transactions

- Be an integral part of the commercial and client facing elements of structuring a transaction

- Develop internal processes on risk and compliance for the fund as well as portfolio companies and monitoring any changes

- Draft standard legal documents like NDA, liaison with external parties to close the agreements whilst managing placement and management agreements

Profile

- Law graduate from top Tier schools

- At least 8 years of experience in Tier 1 Law Firms only

- Experience in transactions management in the PE and MnA space is a must

- Experience in leading negations

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
