Education: LLB, LLM compulsory.

Exp: Min 5 to 13 years ISDA Documentation, Drafting

Candidate having salary range of 10 to 18 lacs pa can apply.

Responsibilities

Reviewing ISDA Agreements, updating the management of the Bank with all legal updates and regulations. Updating the management with significant case laws affecting the Banking Industry.

Drafting Escrow Agreements related to open offer, Security Trustee and Intercreditor Agreements, Joint Venture Agreement, Share Holders Agreement, Letters of Intent, Franchisee Agreement, SEZ Agreement, Trust Deed, Declaration of Trust and Release Deed, Technology Transfer Agreement, Agreement for Sale.
