Responsible for leading the IPV (Independent Price verification) and Deal review Product Control team in India.   - It is a global role supporting all regional locations being (EMEA, Asia, NY and Japan) and it covers both Fixed Income and Equity asset classes   The team is responsible for delivery of IPV and Deal Review Control processes to four regions. The position requires supervision and delivery of all IPV and Deal Review Control processes in India, current migrated activities include :  - Deal review of structured and Exotic trades for all regions.   - Valuations: Independent Price testing for listed and OTC, Fixed Income and Equity products.   - Submissions of internal marks to external consensus market data providers to obtain consensus data  - Understand outliers and resubmit where necessary  - Review first draft IPV results for reasonableness before submitting to regions  - Reserve calculations for Fixed Income and Equity portfolios  - Review testing methodologies and participate in development of IPV database tool  - Support global valuation team in various initiatives
