We are urgently looking for a VP IB OPS & Vendor Management in Pune.

Requirement:

Vendor performance review

- In conjunction with the Sending managers, ensure performance levels are within or better than SLA and SOW requirements

- Review vendor performance vs. SLAs and SOWs

- Identify and escalate areas of underperformance

- Review and update (where necessary) SOWs and SLAs

Issue management

- Ensure all issues identified either through vendor performance reviews or through escalation by the Sending Managers are managed through to resolution

- Track and report all open issues

- Agree and report remedial actions to be taken with both the vendor and the Sending Manager

- Track and report status on all open remedial actions

Vendor support

- Ensure the ongoing success of the vendor engagement by helping the vendor to perform and improve

- Provide ad hoc assistance to the vendor as required

- Provide CS institutional knowledge and the right contacts within the sending locations

- Assist the vendor in addressing issues and performance gaps

Sending Managers support

- Ensure the ongoing success of the vendor engagement by providing onsite support to the Sending Managers

- Identify and help vendors to implement process improvements

- Provide a look-across processes and vendors, in order to identify potential production opportunities and best practice

Escalation

- Escalate to the IB Ops Head of Pune and to Sending Managers any concerns that might have an impact on the future performance of the vendors

Business Continuity

- Work with Sending managers and vendors to ensure that BCP plans are adequate

- Carry out regular testing of BCP plans

P>S :- Require good understanding of Investment Banking Operations as well. Specifically Settlements & Confirmations across asset classes.
