Position: VP / Head International Marketing (Middle East, Africa, South East Asia & Bangladesh)

Reports to : CEO-IMD

Reported by : Brand Managers

MUST HAVE: Traditional Marketing Experience into Middle East or Africa is MUST

ROLE OBJECTIVE& RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy of Co International Marketing Division.

- Drives Co's brand portfolio decision & brand mix development including brand definition & proposition, advertising, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.

- Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Innovation for all international geographies.

- Assumes for group of brand responsibility for supervising/ directing all marketing & and branding activities for all brands for Co

- Taking joint responsibility for P&L.

- Ensures co-ordination with sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives.

- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers.

- Brand Vision/ Architecture and 12Q plan development & execution.

- Supervises the Brand Managers.

- Ensures that the marketing team is adequately trained in both functional and behavioural aspects on a regular basis.

- Takes responsibility for people development initiatives and building up of in-house capabilities aimed at succession planning for all key positions reporting to the position.

- Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence
