- CA with 15 years’ experience  - Who has internal audit and risk management experience  - Who has worked extensively in the area of process improvement  - Who has worked with methodologies like 6 Sigma, Lean Sigma etc  Risk Management:  - Ensure proper Risk Management Framework is in place  - Develop, implement and execute Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) across functions and ensure remediation for gaps observed  - Perform testing and validation on control gap remediation efforts, once the remediation action plan has been reported as implemented   - Develop risk and control libraries and establish a program of regular testing   - Ensure implementation of action plans are tracked and monitored effectively for closure   - Ensure collation of all operation loss in the company and ensure corrective actions are taken against the same  - To facilitate any special risk reviews as requested by the Senior Management team from time to time,   - Build and maintain relationships with business. Use these relationships to influence improvement in risk management and control in business processes, projects and change management   - Establish and monitor key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.  - Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company’s goals and objectives  Internal Audit & IT Audit:  - Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy, policies, processes, risks and controls.  - To work closely with all Functions within the Company for defining Audit Calendar and Scope & Coverage.  - Conduct Revenue Assurance and Compliance audits in accordance with the agreed program as well as ad hoc reviews and audits as required.  - Communicate the results of audits and reviews via written reports and oral presentations to executive management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.  - Ensure Audit Reports are followed up to confirm implementation progress and report upon non-compliance with Audit recommendations  - Coordinate with Internal Auditors of the Company for planning, ensuring that audits are conducted as per schedule  - To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, and monitor management's response and implementation.  - To work with management to ensure a system is in place which ensures that all major risks are identified and analyzed  - Represent Internal Audit at management and Board meetings and committees   Skills:  - Strong interpersonal skills - a relationship builder that relies on collaboration with auditees to develop practical solutions and to solicit important information to help develop audit plan  - Ability to lead a team of professionals in varied nature of assignments   - Has the ability to engage others, instill confidence and earn trust and support; provide a collaborative, patient and advisory demeanor  - Ability to challenge constructively and persuasively
