India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key IB functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for a seasoned professional in Internal Audit for their setup in Delhi NCR.  Job Description:  Reporting to the India Head of Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:  - Preparing MIS and risk pacs for audit committee, internal stakeholders and regulators.  - Managing audit planning cycle (manage scope, cost, time and quality aspects).  - Looking after the on boarding of new staff, supporting and advising on L&D requirements, enabling appraisal etc.  - Managing contracts and payments with existing vendors.  - Strategizing the way forward for the Internal Audit function.  The Successful Applicant:  - You are Qualified CA / MBA with 10 yrs of post qualification experience within a Services setup.   - Prior experience as Project Management / Internal Audit is a must.   - You should have prior experience in working across multiple processes and working with senior stakeholders.  What's on Offer:  Along with a market leading compensation this is a great opportunity to work in an MNC with exposure across functions and high visibility.
