VP - Income & Expense - Brokerage

Brokerage is responsible for generating, tracking and accepting receipt of funds for incoming brokerage where clients have executed but given up the trade to clear at another broker. Further it is also responsible for tracking, validation and payment of outgoing brokerage for client and house activity.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage Clearing Income and Expense Brokerage team in Bangalore.

- Consistently and regularly look for opportunities to mitigate the Risks & improve the Risk Profile of the function.

- Operations Planning aimed at optimal utilization of available .

- Create & maintain an effective MIS framework to enable objectively monitoring & governance of the function.

- Actively work with the wider team and management to effectively & efficiently manage process & business targets.

- Communicate and partner across regions & manage regional stakeholder’s expectations.

- Establish robust Training & Development practices for new hires and the existing team members.

Basic Qualifications

- Post qualification experience of minimum 7 years in banking or similar environment/ industry.

- Brokerage Payable/Brokerage Receivables experience
