VP - Hunter Role - Healthcare Market (10-25 yrs)

Only for those who are in USA with a valid H1 visa, Green Card or US citizen. Candidate should be in Healthcare market (Payer or Provider) for minimum 8-10 years. Must have hunting, and New Logo acquisition experience in Healthcare. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT!!!!!

A role equivalent to VP or above. CTC, including stock options, with no location constraint. We are hunting experts for Payer domain and for Provider domain.

A. Job Description

- Sales & Business Development

Be responsible for overall business revenues and margin from US Payer market

Drive revenues from new clients in Payer Market (incl. Payers, TPAs, payer ISVs)

Develop sales strategy for specific market / client segment

Identify new prospects within Payer market and conduct independent sales meetings

Support marketing efforts in Payer market (incl. key solution and services focus, marketing collateral etc.)

Work with Delivery organization to scope solutions

Work closely with CitiusTech consulting team to scope solutions and services

Lead contract discussions / negotiations

Lead / Participate in trade shows / conferences

- Sales & Account Management team

Hire / Build effect sales and account management team

Lead sales and account management team and ensure effectiveness of all members

Groom, motivate and conduct performance appraisal of team

- Client / Partner relationships management

Manage client relationship - including onsite review meetings at client site

Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship

Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities

B. Location:

Princeton, NJ with frequent travel up to 60- 70% outside office (Remote / Flexible working option available)

C. Required Experience / Skills:

- 15+ years of overall experience in the IT/Software industry (10 yrs should be in healthcare)

- Strong / Recent experience in consultative selling in the US Payer / Provider market

- Experience in building and leading sales and account management teams
