About Our Client

Our client is one of India’s largest and most premier conglomerates. With over 15000 employees, the group has multiple leading businesses in various industries.
One of the conglomerate’s business employs over 1500 employees and is present in 20+ locations, with annual turnover of over USD 1 billion. With further growth plans set in place, the company is looking for a VP to head its Human Resources division.

Job Description

Reporting into the CEO of the company, you will be heading the HR function for the complete aviation business. Working across all functions, the focus of the role is to support the business in its growth from an HR perspective.
A sizable portion of your role will be to manage recruitment, retention and training projects for the PAN India operations as well as to improvise on the policies and processes currently existing within the firm.

The Successful Applicant

As an ideal candidate you are carrying 15+ years of relevant HR experience with a minimum 3 years in the hospitality industry; and are well versed with HR systems & strategies with a keen sense to grow the function aggressively. You have led large projects in recruitments, training & development and policy/procedure changes.
You hold a master’s/MBA in HR from a premier institute and currently handle a staff span of 1500+ employees. You have a keen business sense with a proven track record in crisis management in large setups.
