Therefore, prerequisite will be the ability to structure and resolve the hurdles in creating a dynamic team.  - Have exposure and knowledge in effective performance management system  - Through benchmarking with e-Commerce / rural sector businesses, re-shaping HR policies, which would be aligned with business strategy.  - Hands-on approach to best HR practices in the industry.   - Ability / hands-on exposure to reignite the organization specially after a huge exercise of cost rationalization (including manpower)   Behavioural Competencies   - Excellent interpersonal relationship.  - Good communicator & strong in EQ.  - Pro-active approach in resolving problems.  - Committed and industrious.  - Team Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring abilities   Around 15-20 years (Experience in e-Commerce / Telecom / FMCG / rural marketing business is very important)  People working in Western / Northern regions and ready to relocate to Kolkata would be preferred.   Meenakshi
