Head HR  - This role requires the candidate to be a senior seasoned HR Generalist to drive the HR function with a strategic vision and have this vision aligned with the business verticals of our client namely Technology, Marketing, BPO, Research & Analysis  - The role involves charting and implementing HR Strategy covering standardized systems and processes across the verticals and yet allowing flexibility to address the specific needs / requirements of the different verticals.   - The HR strategy is to be chalked out based on the company objectives, business goals and the vision stated by the Managing Director and in consultation with the Business heads.  - The incumbent would also be responsible for managing overseas Sales and Marketing team in USA, UK, Europe and any other country where our client eventually has its presence.  - The VP HR will be responsible for defining future management requirements, benchmarking and developing talent, whilst supporting plans for business restructuring and efficiency.   - A key part of the role will also involve raising the local and international profile of the function and adding real value in alignment as a true business partner to the vertical heads. Legal and compliance issues will also be part of the responsibility of this person.  - Working as a member of the Senior Management Team s/he will be instrumental in contributing to the creation / development / refinement of common policies and processes across the clients operations to ensure consistency and continuity of delivery. Though largely these policies would be home-grown & relevant to the India operations, the incumbent may also try & align these with the global best practices followed by their global counterpart.
