Role Overview:  Reporting to the HR head, the incumbent will be responsible for work force planning, human capital strategy, seamless delivery of key HR programs and processes.   - In addition, the incumbent will have oversight of HR business partnership for assigned client groups.  Qualifications & Experience:  Essential:  - Post Grad in Human Resources from a top 10 B School  - 10 + years of solid HR experience with organizations of repute for HR practices  - Proven expertise in driving HR programs and HR business partnership  - Prior experience of managing HR operations, HR technology and processes & Compensation and Benefits  - Team leadership experience  Desirable:  - Experience with influencing and driving a Culture Change preferred  - A combination of MNC and Start Up experience preferred
