Title: VP HR   Reporting to: CEO  Job Location: Bangalore  Summary:  - Head of HR will build organization capability and manage the full scope of Human Resources Management and Development in the areas of organizational structure, recruitment and selection, employee database maintenance, compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, training and development, policy/procedure development, company-wide communication, employee relations, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns in a rapidly growing Technology Start Up.  Key Responsibilities:  - Provide strategic leadership and direction for day to day HR operations in alignment with Corporate HR strategy and objectives.  - Evolve HR Policies and Framework to absorb the rapid growth including global expansion.  - To ensure seamless growth with a very young workforce.  - Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations and ensure that all policies are in line with the Company's philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.  - Plan, implement and monitor employee performance appraisal systems.  Ideal Profile will have:  - Master's Degree from a Premier Institute  - 10 years of overall experience and HR leadership experience of 3 - 4 years in a fast paced environment  - Experience in growing a Technology Start Up.  - Global Experience
