Job Role:   - Lead the Human Resources Function for the Organisation, responsible for managing entire HRM activities for the Plant & Corporate office.  - Responsible for headcount planning, organization structure review, hiring requisition approval, selection of key management and senior leadership position to ensure all practices and HR programs, policies and procedures are well aligned across all business segments by providing organizational support and in full compliance with local statutory labor laws and regulations  - Managing and supervising day to day activities includes Employee Engagements activities, Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance, Performance Management System, Compliance Audits, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Counseling etc.  - Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Establishing Department Accountability, Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics, Maintain a succession plan for all departments, Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the Organisation, as and when they occur  - Work along with Senior Management & Departmental Heads for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures and documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building a harmonious work atmosphere.  - Develop labour policies, advice management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with union. Oversee dispute resolution involving employees, management and unions. Ensure all labor and management solutions comply within the relevant collective bargaining agreement.  Desired Profile: Full time MBA in HR with 10 to 12 years of experience in HR function with a Manufacturing MNC. He / She should have good understanding on Labour Laws, should have handled Industrial disputes. Excellent Communication, leadership & interpersonal Skills
