Experience- 10 years+ experience is managing end to end HR function for large sales & service teams.

Responsibilities:

- This role will be responsible for the Commercial function (Sales and Services) of all the respective business divisions

- The role includes the end to end HR function related to sales and services department

- Manpower Management, Recruitment and hiring, Induction, Orientation.

- Performance Management & Development Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.

- Facilitating in Identifying training needs & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team

- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
