Our client is a global MNC bank with presence in over 70 countries and more than 100,000 employees globally. With this huge workforce, they also have a centre of excellence to support the worldwide operations for which they are looking for a VP - HR Operations.

Job Description
As VP for HR Operations, you will be leading the HR Solutions team based out of India and managing delivery of HR services to India as well as global locations. Your key focus would be to continuously improvise technology and process delivery that enable operational excellence related to employee life-cycle. These processes to be supported include employee-onboarding, exit management, employee contact management among others for global locations.

The Successful Applicant

As a suitable candidate, you carry a minimum of 15 years of experience and currently lead an HR service delivery center / HR shared service centre. You must be currently in a VP role for a centre that supports an employee base of a minimum of 5000 employees. While senior stakeholder management is a must, you have extensive experience in
