Job Details:
Education: MBA or equivalent from (Tier 1 institute - XLRI, TISS, IIM - 2003/2002 & 2001 batch only) + B.Tech is preferred.
Experience : 11-14 years.
- Develops & Leading organization strategies by identifying and researching all human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- This position will report to Sr. Vice President & SVP reports to CXO.
- 8 Resources will report into this position.
- Responsible for working closely with location leadership team, line management.
- Provides consultative support to Corporate HR, Business HR, Organisation Development, and Learning & Development.
- Designing Employee Engagement activities.
- Recognizes, collaborates to define and articulates complex problems/issues related to HR programs and practices delivered to line management.
- Helps to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture
- Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required.
- Expert level generalist skills and strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.
- Should be from IT- Product/ eCommerce/Online/Semiconductor Industry.
