VP - HR Business Partner - IT (15-20 yrs)
Looking for an VP - HRBP for a ITES client to be based out of Delhi / Mumbai / Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic & trusted HR business partner to the internal stakeholders
- Drive talent and performance management in the organisation
- Provide day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling to managers and department employees
- Manage the employee relations activities according to established guidelines, sound administrative practices and complaint resolutions strategies.
- Assist in developing HR policies
Ideal candidates should have 15 - 20 years experience in HR preferably from HR Business Partner background.
