- To ensure business needs are met towards the staffing requirement by managing the entire cycle of recruitment and working closely with the HR experts and Shared Services Centers which includes – collation of recruitment needs from business, budget compliance, identifying sourcing strategy and interview process, ensuring role fitment and relevant compensation based on assessment review.

- Implement managerial culture by overseeing the annual appraisal process and ensuring that managers provide the necessary feedback to employees on their performance and development.

- Handle exit interviews and appropriate analysis of exit feedback and suggest relevant action plan if any.

- Gain sufficient knowledge about the business of his/her perimeter and keep abreast of the latest in industry relevant to the business and act as an agent of change in the event of any transformation activities.

- Monitor the HR performance i.e. HR products costs, staff turnover etc for his/her perimeter.

- Provide support to the management in the discussion and design of development plans of employees, which have been defined as part of the performance appraisal evaluation process.

- Ensure alignment of employee aspirations with that of the organizational goals.

- Support the career growth of the employee by monitoring the career interview process and also provide feedback and development suggestions to the management from the career reviews.

- Ensure proper assimilation of the hires from the “Graduate programme” by contributing to their integration plan and doing career interviews during their first year.

- Manage the implementation of “Talents Policy” which include – providing relevant inputs to help identify the potential “Talents” , assess the profiles of these potential “Talents” by doing an extended interview and collate information for the “Talent Review”, organize the “Talent Review” and provide valid inputs on development plan for the Talent’s progress and eventually support the management in implementation of this development plan.

- Being an integral part of succession planning for key positions in the organization along with the management.
