VP - Hedge Fund Operations

Designation : VP - Operations

Experience : 12-17 years of post qualification experience in Capital Market /Mutual Fund Business. Last 4 yrs should have been leading teams.

- Ability to lead multiple teams.

- Involved in resolution of breaks - liaison with fund, counterparties, & Prime Brokers.

- Ensure error free and timely daily support/ deliverables.

- Liaison with internal and external customers for information

- Product knowledge OTC, Derivatives, Swaps, Equity, Derivatives

- Exposure to various instruments such as equity, derivatives, fixed income instruments, treasury instruments, debt, FX, etc.

- Experience in generation reports, handling internal and statutory audit. Interacting with regulatory authorities, responding to questions, filing reports as per requirements

- Experience in handling large volume operations, stringent deliverables, ensuring deliverables are met within SLA- s

- Generating periodic reports on unresolved breaks with ageing of the same, pricing using various vendor sources, corporate actions, etc.

- Understanding of Trade capture, Trade aggregation, confirm tracking.

- Ensure Daily live support for P&L, Trade settlement support.

- Good exposure to International Securities

- Ensure Trade support activities like Pricing, Corporate Actions, and Reference Data Management.

- Ensure error free and timely daily support/ deliverables.

- Ensure timely resolution of breaks/ issues.

- Ensure SLA for daily, monthly, cash P&L and trade recon.

Travel Opportunities :

- The incumbent would require being flexible / adaptable in terms of travel. At short notice he would be required to travel anywhere in India or abroad depending on the business needs.

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai

Shift timings : UK Shift (12-9 pm)
