Job Summary:  - Senior Member of Trade Operations at GTO Service Centre to manage the processing of plain vanilla, structured and complex trade products, etc.  - The position will manage close to about 130+ plus staff handling Germany Processing in Bangalore.   Primary Responsibilities - Supervising and managing the below:  - Client satisfaction   - Stabilization of Migrations from Germany, specifically document checking, document preparations and misc steps related to these processes (including translation work)   - Growth in a controlled environment with main focus on quality and TAT  - Measurement and adherence to KPIs   - Keeping errors and operational risks under control  - Managing crisis without operational loss.  - Driving Efficiency Gain related projects through various initiatives / changes  - People Management - Recruitment, development, training and managing attrition  Primary Working Relationships:  - The position reports to Director, Head Trade Operations, India Service Centre  - The position interfaces with various operations and infrastructure units in Service Centre and sending location partners  Job Requirements:  - Candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of business experience in an operation management / project management capacity, with strong communications skills.  - Strong background and sound knowledge in Trade Operations,  - Effective decision making and leadership skills  - Understanding of insourcing tasks from Onshore locations  - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables / projects that are highly visible and of strategic importance to our clients  - Ability to effectively execute presentations and communications to clients internally and externally  - Must be team builder and facilitator managing potentially conflicting objectives  - Proficient in Project Management tools  - Familiar with Financial reporting and planning processes  - Sound degree of risk awareness  - High degree of people and change management skills  Other considerations:  Location: Bangalore  Note: Candidates Who Are From Investment Banking Background Will Be Considered.
