VP/Head - Retail Sales - Call Center Ops

Position: Vice President & Head - Retail Sales (Call Centre operations)

Location: New Delhi

Reporting to: COO

Retail Sales, accounts for more than 95% of current revenues of the company, so this role becomes one of the most important roles in the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for leading 500+ employees engaged in Outbound, Inbound and International processes aimed at supporting B2C sales.

Job responsibilities

1. Management of Retail operations with sharp focus on revenue.

2. Developing annual operating plan for retail operation that aims at maximizing the revenue growth potential and achieving month on month revenue targets.

3. Designing strategies and tactical plans aimed at driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in top management roles in a large call centre.

- Experience in handling multi-location operations with large companies

- Experience of handling an outbound sales process

- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
