Designation: Head HR for Consumer Banking BU

Reporting: SVP / Global HR Head

Location: Chennai

Years of experience: 11 - 15 years

KRAs:

- Managing entire HR functions of the BU as this is the number 1 position in the BU.

- Has to have the ability to manage employee strength of 2000+ people.
