1) Should have the exposure from technology driven environment.

2) Should be able to implement paperless working concepts

3) Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources

4) Defining & designing paperless work structure across the company.

5) Process owner in reducing carbon footprint

6) Effective in reducing the cost of office stationary through proactive efforts.

7) Co-ordinate with internal stake holders for implementation of paperless work operation.

8) Champion in defining & designing systems & process to facilitate paperless work environment.

9) Guiding existing systems process to improved levels to digitalization of work.

10) Transform existing branches into an electronic work base
