Description : Handling procurement & strategic sourcing for corporate services and projects for APAC region.

Job Description :
- Work with the local & global team (Projects & Sourcing) to design & lead the procurement strategy for building up facilities.
- Facilitates end to end vendor management cycle right from vendor evaluation through project completion (RFI, RFP, Negotiation, on boarding, performance review)
- Responsible for Contract management cycle (drafting, negotiating, signing) and vendor performance & risk management
- Work closely with operations team to implement & maximise use of technology platforms like P2P tools, Contracts management, eAuction, Project Cost & Budget Tracker etc
- Regular review & reporting to the Country Management and various internal & external stakeholders
- Actively work with the global purchasing & cost management Team by taking up regional/global RFPs and sharing best practices/learning
- Drive cost saving/spend optimization initiatives in the category, partnering with the internal clients
Profile :
- A Professional Qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry
- High Level of Stakeholder Management Skills
- Good Communication skills
