Job Description
As Vice President- Fixed Income Settlements you will be reporting into the Head of Fixed Income leading a team of 30 professionals with 5 direct reports. You will also be responsible for: Running day to day tasks like Fail management/ pre-matching /Inventory team, and remaining updated on market changes and buy-in rules Monitoring failed trade and reconciliation management. Liaising with subject matter experts on project enhancement for existing and new markets. Managing information reporting on Key Performance Indicators and Key Client Indicators. Coaching and developing staff and will ensure that controls are implemented and maintained within the team.

The Successful Applicant
You will ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent with at least 6 years of specific experience in fixed income. You will have an in depth understanding of security settlements and will have experience of running a team within a high volume environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of working independently and innovatively. You must have a proven track within the international and domestic settlements.
