Job Description - Reporting to the Director, your specific responsibilities would include, Leading, Managing and Reviewing the following processes:

- Transfer Pricing

- Legal Entity Controllership Function

- Financial Reporting Reforms and Analysis

- Inter company Reconciliation

- In addition, you would be required, to coach, mentor the staff to ensure performance and time lines are met. You would have to ensure smooth transition of processes from the onshore teams and ensure superior Stakeholder management.

The Successful Candidate - You are a confident and qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 12+ years of Financial Control experience within the Banking industry. You will have excellent knowledge of financial accounting and their settlements system. You are fully conversant with the fundamentals of Financial Controls in a banking environment, with deep understanding in Inter company Reconciliation / Transfer Pricing and Account Ownership. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent and you have a track record of being adaptable and culturally aware. Experience of working in a global environment preferable. You should be a great leader with attributes of a team player
