About our Client - Our client is a well known name in banking internationally, with a successful history in India, and strong growth plans for the future. They have been expanding their shared service set up greatly and are looking for a seasoned finance change professional to lead the finance transformation team supporting the F&A Operations function based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the Global Head

- You would lead the finance change and transformation team which supports the finance operations team for their global banking operations.

- You would support business in driving finance transformation and implementing six sigma improvement projects for the shared services and development of new businesses by partnering with global finance teams across US, UK, APAC and Middle East.

The Successful Candidate :

- CA/MBA Finance with 12-15 years of experience within the F&A and Finance Transformation domain with an MNC Bank/Financial Institutions.

- Exposure to finance change is a must.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with a track record of success.
