VP - Finance - eCommerce/Retail - CA/IIM/XLRI (8-16 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial activities; working closely with COO and CEO and senior management.
- Develop and implement financial management strategies; budget, strategic planning, forecasting, sales revenue and cash flow and treasury analysis.
- Responsible for investor reporting and banking relations.
- Implement analytical framework to evaluate business decisions.
- Develop short and long term financial plans and projections.
- Analyze, assess and improve best practices.
- Highlight trends, performance ratios and activities as well as providing suggestions and/or requirements for improvements in order to achieve budget, maximize efficiency and ROI and deliver maximum profitability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as outstanding leadership skills. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills. Ability to effectively supervise staff, team build, train and coach others.
Qualifications & Skills
- First attempt CA or MBA (top institute IIMs) with 10+ experience with at least 5 years in retail, e-commerce or related industries.
- Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced, high-growth, resource-lean environments
- Established skill in leading and executing complex cross-functional projects, with simple and intuitive customer experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Excellent leadership, team management, interpersonal and employee development skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
