Position: VP Finance ( CA Prefered or MBA from premium institutes)
Location: Andheri East ( Sakinaka)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work out different business models, define the business requirements and facilitate monitoring of conformance to financial as well as operational requirements
- Devise and implement financial controls, policies and procedures
- Manage a team to maintain statutory accounts as per Indian standards, guidelines, business policies and procedures
- Provide a comprehensive analysis including any risks and opportunities to the management for decision making
- Work with banks and other financial partners to manage good relationship on time to time basis, ensuring effective utilization of funds
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls
- Build and manage a team that works with operations and brand growth teams for regular payment reconciliation through our payment gateway partners
- Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide support through financial structuring and recommendations
