VP - Finance Controller - IT/ITES

Opening in a French Multinational Banking & Financial Organization

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

- Managing Key Risk of Reporting, Tax & compliance, Operational and Liquidity

Managing Financial Control activities like:

- Statutory accounting and reporting

- General Ledger & Controls

- IFRS Consolidation & SOX

- Statutory Audits

- Fixed assets Accounting and Capitalizations

- Tax accounting and provisions

Tax and Compliance including:

- Income tax compliance

- Indirect tax compliance

- Direct & Indirect Tax Management

- Assessments & Advisory

- Compliance & Litigation

- Tax Accounting & Audits

Governance and control of these processes:

- Role of Financial Controller is required to interact with the leadership of SG - GSC and Overseas Group Finance Functions, in the Financial Management of the Entity and to manage key risk of Reporting and Tax & Compliance.

Must Have Skill(s) with minimum years of Experience"

- 12 to 18 year of post qualification experience of which around 3 to 5 years in similar role

- Experience In IT or ITES Captive or Banking Captive-

Desired Skill(s):

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles & SOX.

- IFRS Reporting

- Audits by big four

- Tax & Compliance for SEZ & STPI Units

- Well developed written and oral communications skills

- Team Management

Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
