VP - Finance (Leading G & J Luxury Brand)

Role:

- Supporting working capital needs of the business by acquiring funds both long and short term at optimum cost

- Maintaining and scaling up current fund limits with banks and other lending institutions

- Building and leveraging relationships with key banks and lending institutions at senior management levels (GMs, Directors, Chairman)

- Negotiate and obtain optimum rates for cost of funds

- Explore potential PE funding options and develop relationships

- Pre IPO preparation in a time frame of 2-3 years

- Maintain relationships with the consortium and all other banks of the Group

- Build internal allies and lead work seamlessly with the internal teams

Key Criteria:

- Excellent relationship management skills

- Understanding working capital appraisal techniques

- Knowledge of accounting

- Understanding of balance sheets/ P&L

Prior Experience:

Experior Experience:

- Experience in Growth of Working Capital Limit

- Strong Rapport With Officials in PSUs

- Relationship Management & Fund Raising

Preferred Skills & Traits:

- Excellent communication skills

- Amiable personality

- Understanding forex requirements

- Strategic thinker, to foresee long term planning

- Ability to negotiate from a position of strength to secure optimum cost of funds

- Work under pressure

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
