Job Description - Reporting to the CEO & Co-Founder, TravelTriangle as VP Finance, this role involves taking care of the entire gamut of finance, including but not limited to following key responsibilities :

- Conduct strong due diligence/compliance during the funding process/fund management and ensure strict compliance to RBI and FEMA while also assessing and managing their impact on the business operations by liaising with lawyers and other external stakeholders.

- Ensure strategic finance operations by collaborative partnership with the promoters and solution-oriented approach by allowing agility while managing the finance function to accommodate changes in business strategy, given the nature of eCommerce industry while also not compromising on having effective controls and processes in place.

- Formulate and implement strategies to increase the top line and ensure cost optimization.

- Strategically handle FP&A, Fund Allocation and OPEX Analysis apart from taking ownership of and leading the entire gamut of finance.

- Collaborate and deal with multitude of external and internal stakeholders and promote a culture where people look forward to contributing towards perpetual improvement of finance operations and decision making.

- Strategically manage the banking relationships. Liaise with Internal Auditors, External Auditors and Tax Consultants.

The Successful Candidate: To be successful in the role of VP Finance, you MUST meet the following criteria :

- You must be a CA/ICWA with at least 10-15 years of post qualification experience. Background in e-commerce, telecom and FMCG would be advantageous.

- You should have an experience of managing an entire gamut of finance including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, taxation, audit, compliances etcetera, with extensive exposure to FP&A and Controllership.

- Recognize yourself as someone who is open to and quick to improvise upon feedback, a self-starter, a go-getter and a collaborator with a track record of having a proactive approach towards identifying and solving issues.

- Be someone who looks forward to and enjoys a growth oriented and challenging environment with high level of complexity.
